In this practical workshop you will learn a specially devised set of 6 powerful breathing exercises as taught by Western Master of Yoga, Dr. George King (1919-1997) that can be performed quickly, and which can have potent results. The main benefit of breathing exercises is that through controlling the breath, you can control the flow of energy through your physical and subtle bodies in a very powerful way -- even bringing about states of higher consciousness and spiritual enlightenment.
